We are hiring for 2<sup>nd</sup> shift Assemblers starting in Jan 2027; 3:00pm-12:30am – Training on 1<sup>st</sup> shift 7:00am-4:30pm and will then move to the 2<sup>nd</sup> shift in January.

The right candidate will perform a variety of operations to assemble probes, sensors, booms, and other products used on and in aircraft. Assemblies include parts from sheet metal, wiring, and other components and will perform testing in wind tunnel.
Job Summary:
- Work on a variety of assembly operations on complex units or subunits; disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble and test prototype and production released assemblies and subassemblies according to instructions and specifications.
- Follow manufacturing instructions, diagrams and drawings using an array of hand tools, including wire strippers, crimpers, torque wrenches, multi-meters, microscopes, soldering, and/or brazing equipment.
- Identify, maintain, test and report defective parts, malfunction and check for calibration due dates.
- Perform in-process visual inspections, dimensional inspections and cosmetic final clean up.
- Perform functional testing on units and running them in wind tunnel.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
Education/Previous Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 0-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment
