What You'll Do:
- Conceptualize, analyze, design, develop and integrate air data systems. Cradle to grave ownership of new products.
- Lead team to deliver technical proposal (design concept, compliance matrix, cost estimate and timeline.
- Support the hardware and software design groups, as well as the verification and validation stream, in the interpretation of requirements for implementation and testability
- Compose system requirements and decompose to lower levels for aerospace technologies such as high-speed digital busses, small form-factor power supplies, air data computing devices using CPUs, microcontrollers, DSPs, etc.
- Direct interaction with customers and international travel
- Mentor and elevate the team, sharing expertise and modeling curiosity, accountability and respect
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Aerospace new product development
- Experience with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, DO-178B with verification and validation activities
- Experience with electronic hardware and firmware design

What You Bring: |
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years' experience in Aerospace new product development.
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that move the needle

- Must be able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction
